- Eric Sollee (8 September 1926 – 30 June 2008) was an American fencer and fencing coach.
- He fenced at Harvard earning NCAA All-America honors.
- He coached at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Harvard University, and the Carroll Center for the blind, among others.
