Ronald Jack "Ronnie" Cowan (born 6 September 1959) is a Scottish National Party politician.
He has served as the Member of Parliament for Inverclyde following the 2015 general election, being re-elected in 2017 and 2019.He is the son of Morton and Scotland football goalkeeper Jimmy Cowan.
Cowan is from Greenock, and was educated at Greenock Academy.
