- Ilya Movshovich (Russian: ???? ????????; January 8, 1981) is a Russian-American entrepreneur, who is best known for being the co-founder and CEO of CARMAnation, a parking exchange startup based in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley, California. Movshovich was born in Leningrad, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union in southern Saint Petersburg, Russia in 1981.
