- Nguy?n Tân Cuong is a Vietnamese Colonel general, the current Vice Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army. Nguy?n Tân Cuong was born in 1966 in Hà Nam Province, joined the Communist Party of Vietnam in 2016, and served as the military Commissioner of the provincial party Committee.
