- Sari Kärnä (born 2 April 1988) is a Finnish ice hockey player who most recently played with the Tampereen Ilves of the Naisten Liiga (NSML).
- She has previously played with the Finnish national team and won bronze medals at the IIHF World Women's Championships in 2015 and 2017.
