- Volodymyr Yevseviyovych Kistion (Ukrainian: ????????? ??????????? ???????) (31 May 1965 in Dovzhok, Vinnytsia Oblast) is a Ukrainian biochemist and politician. In the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election Kistion did not manage to get elected (as an independent candidate) to parliament.
- In Vinnytsia's election district #11 he took only fifth place with a result of 9.37%.
- First place Maxim Pashkovsky, a candidate from the Servant of the People, won 26.39% of the vote.
