- Mangal Pandey (born 31 December 1972) is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) who currently serves as the Health Minister, Bihar.
- He has also served as the President of the BJP, Bihar, 2013 to 2017 .Pandey, a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been a member of Legislative Council since 7 May 2012.
- Inspired by Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he considers him his political and spiritual guru.
- Since Mangal Pandey became Party President, his administration has focused on including new ideas in organisation and encouraging youth participation.
