- Omar Davies (born 28 May 1947) is a Jamaican politician with the People's National Party (PNP), and the former Minister of Transport, Works and Housing and the former Minister of Finance of Jamaica.
- He was preceded by Audley Shaw & by extension Dwight Nelson and Don Wehby from the opposing Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) [2007 - 2012].
- He received his doctorate in Economics from Northwestern University.
- His service in academia includes work at Stanford University (1973 - 1976) and the University of the West Indies.
- He is the current Member of Parliament for South St.
- Andrew; an infamous PNP garrison constituency.
