José Carlos Ramírez (born August 12, 1992) is an American professional boxer.
He is the unified WBC and WBO light welterweight champion, having held the WBC title since 2018 and the WBO title since July 2019.
As an amateur he was the number one rated in the WBC lightweight in the United States and represented the U.S at the 2012 Olympics.
As of November 2019, he is ranked as the world's second best active light welterweight by BoxRec and The Ring, and fourth by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board.
