- Aleksandr Pavlovich Antonov (Russian: ????????? ???????? ???????; 13 February 1898 in Moscow – 26 November 1962) was a Soviet film actor who had a lengthy career, stretching from the silent era to the 1950s. His first role was as Maréchal Joffre in Sergei Eisenstein's first film Glumov's Diary. His best-known role was as Grigory Vakulinchuk in Sergei Eisenstein's film The Battleship Potemkin.
