- Lieutenant general Ikhtiyor Abdullayev (Uzbek: Ixtiyor Baxtiyorovich Abdullayev, Russian: ?????? ??????????? ?????????) is the head of the National Security Service of Uzbekistan, appointed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to replace Rustam Inoyatov in January 2018.
