James Marvin Sturch (born December 8, 1990) is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives for District 19 in his native Independence County in the northeastern portion of Arkansas.
Sturch was elected to a two-year term in November 2014.
As a candidate for re-nomination in 2016, he defeated Phillip Finch in the Republican primary, and was unopposed in the general election.
