- Alina Reh (born 23 May 1997) is a German long-distance runner.Reh was born in Laichingen.
- She finished eighth in the 3000 metres at the 2017 European Indoor Championships.
- In addition, she won two gold medals at the 2015 European Junior Championships. She won the German 10000 m national championship on 8 June 2019 in Essen.
- She finished in 31:19.87 and Miriam Dattke was the runner up with 32:50.10.Reh participated in the U23 European Championships from 11-14 July 2019 in Gävle, Sweden.She ran the 10000 m on 12 July.
- Reh won with 31:39.34 and Miriam Dattke (Germany) finished second with 32:29.45.
- 2 Days later she placed second in the 5000 m with 15:11.25.
- Anna Emilie Møller (Denmark) was the winner with 15:07.70.
