About Emir Hadžić

  • Emir Hadžic (born 19 July 1984) is a Bosnian retired professional footballer and current sports coordinator of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina club FK Sarajevo. In the summer of 2009, Hadžic was transferred from NK Celik Zenica, where he was captain in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to Beta Ethniki club Panetolikos, where he spent the 2009–10 season.
  • On July 19, 2010, he agreed to terminate his contract with Panetolikos and he signed a two-year contract with NK Istra 1961.
  • Unhappy with the playing time given at Istra, Hadžic moved back to Celik in January 2011. On January 30, 2012, he signed to Budapest Honvéd FC.
  • He left the club in July of the same year.
  • After Honved he played for FK Sarajevo, Ironi Nir Ramat HaSharon, Hapoel Acre F.C.
  • and FK Olimpik Sarajevo where he finished his playing career at the age of 33. He has made 3 appearances for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. After finishing his playing career he started working as a sporting director of Olimpik Sarajevo from June 2017 to May 2018 and currently he has been the sports coordinator of FK Sarajevo since May 2018.
