- Mohammed Yerima on March 19, 2013 and was succeeded by Colonel Rabe Abubakar Prior to his retirement on July 30, 2015, he was the Chairman of Forum of Spokespersons on Security and Response Agencies (FOSSRA) in Nigeria.
