- Rozier (born March 1, 1961) is a former American college and professional football player who was a running back in the United States Football League (USFL) for two seasons and the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons during the 1980s and early 1990s.
- Rozier played college football for the University of Nebraska, and won the Heisman Trophy in 1983.
- Afterward, he played professionally for the Pittsburgh Maulers and Jacksonville Bulls of the USFL and the Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons of the NFL.
- He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
