- Vivian (born May 14, 1941) is a Canadian former ice hockey player, college football player, ice hockey head coach, general manager, professional scout, and university administrator.
- He is most notable as the first head coach of the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) varsity ice hockey program and the then-youngest general manager in professional hockey with the Cleveland Crusaders of the World Hockey Association from 1973-76.
- He is a member of the Adrian College and Bowling Green State athletic hall of fames.
