- Usman Oyibe Jibrin, CFR (born 16 September 1959) is a Nigerian Navy Admiral and the 21st Chief of Naval Staff. Prior to his appointment as the Chief of Naval Staff he was the Chief of Logistics and Director of Training, Defence Headquarters Abuja.
