Shailendra Raj Mehta (born July 9, 1959) is an Indian economist whose specialist fields are microeconomic theory, institution design, industrial organization, information economics, experimental economics, strategic management and entrepreneurship.
In June 2017, he became the President and Director of MICA, India's premier management school for Strategic Marketing and Communications, Ahmedabad.
He is also the distinguished professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at MICA. He formerly served as the Chairman of the Board of Management at Auro University (Gujarat) where he also served as Acting Vice-Chancellor and Distinguished Professor of Strategy.
