- Álvaro Negredo Sánchez (Spanish pronunciation: ['alßa?o ne'??eðo 'sant?e?]; born 20 August 1985) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Emirati club Al-Nasr Dubai SC as a striker. Nicknamed La fiera de Vallecas (The beast of Vallecas), he has played for Rayo Vallecano, Real Madrid B, Almería, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Manchester City, Valencia, Middlesbrough, Besiktas and Al-Nasr.
