William Francis "Bill" Morneau (born October 7, 1962) is a Canadian politician and businessman who was elected in the 2015 Canadian federal election as the Member of Parliament for Toronto Centre. Morneau was executive chair of Canada's largest human resources firm, Morneau Shepell, and the former chair of the C.
