Rachel Neylan (born 9 March 1982) is an Australian professional road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Team Virtu Cycling.
She won a silver medal at the 2012 World Championships in the women's road race event.
She won the inaugural women's Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race in January 2015.Prior to her professional cycling career she worked as a physiotherapist for the Australian rowing team.
