- Brendan Burke (soccer) (born November 12, 1982 in Hopedale, Massachusetts) is an American soccer coach who currently serves as head coach of Philadelphia Union II in the USL Championship.
- During his playing career, he mainly played as a centre back for several teams in the Premier Development League before beginning his head coaching career at age 25 for Reading United where he was very successful.
- In 2011, he became the youngest assistant coach in Major League Soccer when he joined Philadelphia Union.
