- Raúl García de Mateos Rubio (born 5 July 1982 in Manzanares, Ciudad Real) is a Spanish racing cyclist. Brother of Spanish racing cyclist Vicente García de Mateos, also rider of the same Portuguese cycling team Louletano-Hospital de Loulé.
