- Yao Roland Kpotsra (born February 20, 1947) is a Togolese diplomat and politician.
- He was Togo's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 1996 to 2002 and again from 2007 to 2009; he was also Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2002 to 2003.
