Román Delgado Chalbaud (Mérida, 12 April 1882 - Cumana, 11 August 1929) was a Venezuelan naval officer, businessman and politician.
After a failed conspiracy against his former business partner Juan Vicente Gómez, he was imprisoned for 14 years in 1913, before attempting an ill-fated invasion in 1929 to overthrow Gómez and his Presidential front man, in which he was killed.
