About José Lei
- José Lei (born 30 October 1930) is a former Director of the Hong Kong Architectural Services Department, Public Works Department Chief Architect, and designer of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.He is also a former Hong Kong Olympic sports shooter.
- He competed in two events at the 1968 Summer Olympics.
- He also competed at the 1966, 1970 and 1974 Asian Games.
