Samuel Duldulao Pagdilao, Jr.
(born February 13, 1957), is a retired Filipino police officer who served in the House of Representatives from 2013 to 2016.
Pagdilao used to work as Director General of the Philippine National Police (PNP), holding multiple positions and receiving a number of distinctions and recognition in his 34-year stint as a police officer. On October 13, 2015, Pagdilao announced his senatorial bid for the 2016 elections at the University of the Philippines Bahay ng Alumni, after which he proceeded to the Commission on Elections to file his Certificate of Candidacy.
He was placed 31st overall in the official count of the COMELEC's National Board of Canvassers.
