- Robin Manullang (born 11 April 1987) is an Indonesian professional road bicycle racer.
- He won silver medal in 50 km individual time trial, bronze medal in 163 km road race and gold medal 163 km team road race in 2013 Southeast Asian Games.
- At the 2015 Southeast Asian Games, he won gold medal in the individual Men Time trial.
