- He was launched in the blockbuster hit movie, Velaiyilla Pattathari as an antagonist starring alongside South-Indian film actor Dhanush and then went on to play the lead in Heartbeats, a film Directed by Duane Adler (creator of the Step UP Franchise), thereby becoming the first south Indian actor to play a lead role in a Hollywood film.
