- Dorothy Gay Richardson (born September 22, 1961 in Orlando, Florida) is an American physician and former two-time medal-winning Olympian, right-handed softball player at shortstop.
- Richardson played her collegiate career with the UCLA Bruins and won the first NCAA Division I National Championship in 1982.
- She is currently the head softball coach of the Liberty University softball team called Lady Flames.
