- Frenks Razgals (born August 8, 1996) is a Latvian professional ice hockey player for Dinamo Riga in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and the Latvian national team.
- He's the son of Latvian coach and former hockey player, Aigars Razgals. He participated for Latvia at the 2017 IIHF World Championship.
