Sesil Radoslavova Karatantcheva (Bulgarian: ????? ??????????? ???????????; born 8 August 1989) is a Bulgarian tennis player.
She has won seven singles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
On 7 November 2005, she reached her best singles ranking of world No.
35.
On 19 April 2010, she peaked at No.
154 in the doubles rankings.
Karatantcheva is perhaps best known for reaching the quarterfinals of the 2005 French Open, upsetting seven-time Grand Slam champion Venus Williams en route.
The same year, she twice tested positive for nandrolone and was therefore issued a two-year suspension.
She returned to professional competition in January 2008.
