Andrey Vasilievich Filatov (Russian: ?????´? ????´?????? ????´???; born 18 December 1971) is a Russian entrepreneur.
Filatov is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tuloma investment company, and a co-owner of the Globaltrans company.
Andrey Filatov is also President of the Chess Federation of Russia (from 1992 to 2018 - Russian Chess Federation).
He is Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts.
