Mohammad Rafi Khan (1 August 1928 – 5 November 2016) was a Bangladeshi pediatrician.
In 1994, he was selected the National Professor of Bangladesh.
He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2009 and Independence Day Award in 2016 by the Government of Bangladesh.
He was a Fellow of Bangladesh Academy of Sciences since 1975.
