- Wei Li (Chinese: ??; born 29 June 1972) is a Chinese former long-distance runner.
- She was a medallist at the 1994 IAAF World Cup and the 1997 East Asian Games.
- She represented China at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, the 1997 World Championships in Athletics and the 1997 IAAF World Cross Country Championships.
- She was twice a Chinese national champion.
