- MacDonald (born January 15, 1949) is an American long-distance runner.
- He competed in the men's 5000 metres at the 1976 Summer Olympics.
- He was also a three-time winner of the Honolulu Marathon, first in 1973, then in 1974 and 1980.As of 2017, MacDonald is a Boy and Girls Track coach at the Punahou School in Honolulu.
