- Brian Joshua Cook (born December 4, 1980) is an American former professional basketball player who last played for Chiba Jets of the Japanese National Basketball League (NBL).
- He was drafted out of the University of Illinois with the 24th overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. In 2004, Cook was named to the University of Illinois All-Century Team.
