Gopal Gurung (Nepali: ?? ????? ?????) (July 27, 1935 – June 10, 2016) was an Indian journalist, author, politician,pani-fata and futurist of global politics.
Gurung encouraged the 'Mongol' racial groups in Nepal to fight against the Hinduism of indigenous Brahmin and Kshetris (Indo-Aryans).
He is the founder and president of Mongol National Organisation (MNO) and the first pioneer of Republican Nepal.
MNO was established by Gurung on January 1, 1989 when he was in Bhadragol prison.
He wrote the book Hidden Facts In Nepalese Politics, for which he was imprisoned on August 30, 1988.
