Ilya Sachkov (Russian: ???? ??????) is a Russian IT entrepreneur, founder and CEO of international cybersecurity company Group-IB, known for its Threat Intelligence, considered one of the most efficient in the world, and profound expertise in Russian hacking underground community. Ilya is a member of the World Economic Forum Center for Cybersecurity, member of cybercrime expert committees in the Council of Europe and the OSCE.
He is one of the 27 prominent independent commissioners of the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace.
