Álvaro Leonel Ramazzini Imeri (born July 16, 1947) is a bishop and cardinal of the Catholic Church in Guatemala.
He served as the fourth bishop of the Diocese of San Marcos 1988–2012.
On May 14, 2012 he became the bishop of the Diocese of Huehuetenango. Pope Francis raised him to the rank of cardinal on 5 October 2019.
