- Rob Smedley (born 28 November 1973 in Normanby, Middlesbrough, England) is the former Head of Vehicle Performance at the Williams Martini Racing Formula One team.
- Prior to joining Williams, he was the race engineer for Felipe Massa at Ferrari.
- After eight years, both moved to Williams; Smedley as Head of Vehicle Performance, and Massa as driver. Smedley's radio transmissions to Massa have even achieved cult status, with many Ferrari fans putting his messages on their mobile phones as ringtones.
