- He is a former holder of various minor and regional titles including, the Jalisco State Featherweight title, WBC Latin America title, Mexican Super Bantamweight and Featherweight divisions and WBA Fedecentro titles.
- He's also the brother of former IBF Champion Ulises Solís.
