Illés Spitz (Hungarian: Spitz Illés, Serbo-Croatian: Ilješ Špic / ??e? ????, Bulgarian and Macedonian: ???? ????); (2 February 1902, in Budapest – 1 October 1961, in Skopje) was a Hungarian Jew, an international football player and manager.
Spitz is among the few survivors of the Holocaust from Macedonia, after being saved by the Bulgarian authorities.
