- He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the St.
- Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres, Chicago Cubs, Kansas City Royals, Arizona Diamondbacks and Chicago White Sox.A product of the University of Miami, Jay played college baseball for the Miami Hurricanes.
