Amangeldy Gumirovich "Aman" Tuleyev (Russian: ?????????? (????) ????????? ??????, Kazakh: ????????? ???????????? ??????, Amangeldi Molda?aziuli Tóleev), born 13 May 1944, is a Russian statesman.
He served as governor of Kemerovo Oblast from 1997 to 2018 and became the chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of the Kemerovo oblast since April 2018.He ran for President of Russia in 1991, 1996 (withdrawing during the campaign) and 2000, coming fourth in both 1991 and 2000.
