- Robert John Walter (born 30 May 1948) is a British Conservative Party politician.
- He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Dorset from 1997 until he stood down at the 2015 general election. He has been president of the European Security and Defence Association since 2011.
- He was president of the Berlin Security Conference in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and remains a member of the BSC Steering Board.
