Miltiadis "Miltos" Tentoglou (Greek: ???t??d?? ?e?t?????; born 18 March 1998) is a Greek track and field athlete who competes in the long jump.
He won the gold medal at the 2018 European Championships.
He holds a personal best of 8.32 m (27 ft 3 1/2 in).He competed at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics and then won a silver medal at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships.
