- Surat Davud oglu Huseynov (Azerbaijani: Sur?t Davud oglu Hüseynov / ????? ????? ???? ????????; born 12 February 1959 in Ganja) is an Azerbaijani colonel and ex-Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, who rose to prominence during the Nagorno-Karabakh War.
