- Faustin Boukoubi (born 20 March 1954) is a Gabonese politician who has been the Secretary-General of the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG) since 2008.
- He previously served in the government of Gabon as Minister of Public Health from 1997 to 2004 and as Minister of Agriculture from 2004 to 2008.
